I want you to know that I appreciate how attentive and supportive you were during what was a stressful time for me, moving my household after 20+ years.
Your focus on nailing down the details and your patience made me know I had one less thing to worry about. The ground crews and the pilots were all so helpful in getting my dogs on and off the plane, which wasn't an easy task. Surprisingly, once on the plane, my dogs behaved like flying was an everyday thing for them! And, Evelyn and I were able to sit back and enjoy our Bloody Marys and raid the snacks. But most importantly the pilots were great and got us to our destination safely. And because we could see into the cockpit, it gave me an opportunity to pretend I knew what they were saying to each other and what they were reading as they looked at manuals(?) and charts. In my estimation, it was worthy of an SNL skit.
Take care and if I am ever in the market for another chartered flight I will know exactly where to go.
